The purpose of the Carroll County (OH) Humane Society is the prevention of cruelty to animals, the relief of suffering among animals and the extension of humane education. It is also the purpose of the society to provide humane care and treatment for all animals needing protection in the area served by the society, to seek suitable homes for animals without owners, to provide euthanasia when necessary and to promote the spaying or neutering of all animals.
